Thank you Igor! I have had similar experiences & synchronicity in this life. It`s comforting to know that I am on the correct path as it were as there are so many conflicting teachings out there. Being a Westerner I sometimes get lost in traditional Eastern texts & you are wonderful at clarifying.

Thank you for sharing your story. I've had similar involuntary movement throughout my life and many other experiences. It took me a long time to be okay with being different in my experiences, and felt very isolated. So nice to hear other stories...

Igor, this interview is so beautiful. Your words deeply resonate with me. At minute ~10 you speak of something so familiar to me where you mention being aware of the witness while you read some profound truth, like when you read Kierkegaard. For me it was an experience of the body becoming aware of Truth in the movement of ecstasy. I've had this experience since I was a child and had concluded that the realization of Truth is ecstatic.

Interesting video. When I was a child I was aware of witnessing myself a lot playing or painting etc and thought this was normal until I got into trouble sharing it at school. Jesus told me that it was my consciousnesses reflecting back on itself. To make it simple for me he called it a spiritual mirror.

Of course it is self centered my friend. This is a search for yourself. It could be nothing but self centered. In fact, if you think about the words that you used, it is exactly what you are searching for... the center of Yourself! And that was what Igor searched for & found...and is continuing to find I`m sure. I have`nt watched the second video yet but I encourage you to do so despite your reservations.

Thank you Igor, I am having this vibrations and spontaneous movement inside my body, after I saw this video two days ago I could sleep better because I was reassured of what is happening in my body. I am a practicing Buddhists but we do not get this type of information in our tradition, it is mostly reading and studying the scriptures. I wonder if there is anything I could do to help this process, hopefully you read this comment and have some advice for me.

Hello silvermoonlight333, I just accidentally discovered your message under this clip. My name is Sundari Ma and I'm a student of Igor Kufayev and facilitator of his work. I'm very glad to hear that this interview was reassuring for you and that Igor's sharing had this immediate calming effect on the quality of your sleep. I'd be very happy to share more information/material on the topic of "spontaneous movements (kriyas)" with you that can be seen as signposts of an increased pranic flow of prana in the subtle body. Igor has been offering guidance for people who find themselves amidst the awakening process for over two decades, and he is widely known as an enlightened Siddha Master. His teachings of the Self, rooted in the philosophy of Shaiva Tantra, powerfully transform our view of ourselves and this world, and provide an unparalleled educational platform when it comes to the transformation of human consciousness. As you mentioned, the symptomatology of genuine awakening isn't "taught" or even understood in many spiritual traditions, and we are truly lucky when we find a trustworthy guide who is able to offer the needed reassurance and understanding. It would be great if you can reach out to us via email: bindu@flowingwakefulness.com, or provide your email for me here, so that we can continue our conversation. Looking forward to hearing from you! Warmest wishes, Sundari Ma

I did not realize that many of these things were happening to me. You put words to what I was feeling and seeing. I thank you for mentioning the feet. I questioned whether it was happening to me because mine started in the feet like little bee hive in the feet then nothing like going straight up, but more stopping in various places up and down through spine. I was used to many experiences so did not see it as all that special like many will say. But it was distinct.
My practice has been interesting and do not know meditation per say but believe and wonder if through intense feeling if this is meditation. I keep wondering what the IT is. This was a wonderful and exciting but a little scary personal perspective. I wonder what is ahead for me even though there is no time other than consecutive nows.

Igor, I am interested in the implications of quantum understandings and the place of the experiencer in this false reality, and in considering the seat of the other consciousness. Further, like all aware people, I am concerned with the fate of humanity and how the collective consciousness of the witnesses can be roused from their slumber and brought into the reality creation process. I would welcome any thoughts. Thankyou.

If you are dreaming and you see the light of the moon on the water but not the moon itself, because you are not looking up, is there really a moon in the dream? And if not, where does the light on the water come from?
If you are dreaming, who is experiencing the dream? The c cha at character in the dream, who you temporarily take yourself for? Or the mind, that is creating both the dream-character and the dream-world in its dream-consciousness? And who are these believes different from the believes we entertain in the waking state? Investigate! 😄😘

    • @deannemediati584

***** Thank you kind sir for answering my question. Interesting about religion and the laws of nature...religion seems to guide the simple human like a 12 step program of how to act in and around others...Awakening, i believe this..many are called but few are chosen...my concept of our souls maturity, i love this....thank you so much..

It's a cool, interesting, and entertaining story. No different than my story or your story or a work of fiction in a movie or a book. It was told in an entertaining way and that's the most important thing. I love to entertain myself. That's the VERY best I can do. I tell billions of stories about all of the fictional characters I pretend to be. It goes on and on and on and on. Isn't it fun?

    • @emmadevi4981
      @emmadevi4981 11 лет назад +7

What is of value is relative to evolutionary development of each and everyone, however if you are patient enough there are precious knowledge shared in that interview. Among other things Igor speaks of Lucid Dreaming and the real meaning of witnessing state of consciousness.
If that is still of no interest, go straight to the interview with Renate McNay titled 'Igor Kufayev - Flowing Wakefulness'.

It sounds like you could put Igor's short, but powerful meditation (starts around 55:30) to good use: it is beautifully led by him, and deliciously calming for the body and peaceful for the mind. This should then help you to help yourself to the snippet(s) of wisdom particularly suited to you in the interview. Warm wishes.

& let's not forget that an interview such as this is a dialogue that arises between the interviewer & the one being interviewed. It is as much a fluid transaction between two people as it is just one person. Igor has much to transmit that is of value, it is all about how it is tapped into. & that requires a certain level of receptivity from the listener as well.
